This is a rural setting just 10 minutes from Murfreesboro. It is a family friendly street where neighbors know each other. People are always glad to help out. Many of the homes are on many acres and you may see some wildlife and cows roaming.
Guest Access
You will have the entire home, the pool area and the 8-acre yard. You will have a large private driveway that will park many cars. The garage will be closed off and not available for guests access.
Good to know
This is a large home equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the ground floor. The second floor has a fourth bedroom in the loft area. You will have two dining areas, a large table in the kitchen that seats 8 and a table that seats 4 in the dining room. This room can also be used as a work area. The pool area has many chairs for use, and the chairs can be used to enjoy the large patio. You have 8 acres of land you can enjoy. The yard is not fully fenced-in.

You can just leave the trash in the bins outside, and we will pick-up the trash as needed.
