This is a 3bed 2bath home with an additional bonus room with a sleeper. The three patios, private driveway and outdoor space with a fenced-in yard will allow for each person to have privacy. The living and dining room feature dimmable lighting, ceiling fans and a large dining table for you and your group to enjoy home-cooked meals or a lively game night. The fully equipped kitchen features filtered water, Keurig coffee maker and plenty of cookware to create gourmet meals. With 3 patios to choose from, the west side patio is just off of the kitchen and features a gas grill, outdoor bar, seating for 8 at the tables and overhead twinkle lights for your evening enjoyment. The east side has its separate entrance from the den with a patio and table that will seat 4. In the center of the home, you can exit from one of the bedrooms and be greeted to a covered patio that seats 4 and has its own patio furniture and refrigerator. The cozy bedrooms feature comfy beds and linens, lamps with USB ports for charging your devices, as well as space for you to store your luggage and clothing in closets or inside a storage bench. Two sleeping areas also double as gathering/hangout rooms with extra seating. Each bathroom has a full size shower, plenty of linens and all the essentials to begin your stay! About the Area: This home is newly furnished with a fully fenced yard that is centrally located to many nearby attractions and transportation - even within walking distance! The quaint town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea with its beautiful beach, shops and restaurants is just 3 miles away with a straight shot on Commercial Boulevard. And if you are looking for a beach with a kids playground, food and one of the only available swim-out from the beach to see the coral reefs, Pompano Beach is where you will want to go. Both beaches have a thousand foot pier to see the views or fish! And of course, all of Fort Lauderdale beaches are just minute further south. So, feel free to visit a beach for each day of your stay! In addition, you'll enjoy the convenience being east of I-95 and near several grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, farmers markets and shopping of all varieties from malls to unique downtown boutiques. You'll have quick access to I-95 for day trips within Broward County, south to Miami-Dade or north to Palm Beach County. If driving isn't your thing, Uber and Lyft will quickly find you and your group for pick up or take the Tri-Rail train from the station that is just 1 mile away! Golf courses, airports, parks, beaches and so much more are all within your reach!
